Long descriptions for all items

New settings screen:

• enable cheats
• select the size of text controls

Improved inventory screen:

• dynamically sized buttons
• bigger scroll margins
• “consume” and “activate” are now two separate actions rather than “use”

Cheats:

• regen
• teleport
• conclude a chapter
• “secret” stash with premium loot

Bug fix: can’t throw daggers through walls anymore
