Minute Maze v0.2.1

This is going to be big improvement for those playing on a touch screen.

New default input: direction pad with on-screen buttons. Buttons are multi-touch and you can hold more than one at a time to grind corners.

New setting: input style. You can select “virtual joystick” to go back to the tap-and-drag input from the previous version.

New setting: speed.

No matter what input style you are using, you can still move around with the keyboard.
